This policy applies to bloson and to all the products, services and websites offered by bloson. Protecting your privacy and any personal information you provide us is a top priority at bloson. For this reason, bloson does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. At bloson, we want our users to understand fully what information we collect, how we use this information, and the steps we take to protect your information. This Privacy Policy applies to the domain and sub-domains of bloson.com (the "Site"). By visiting this Site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy please do not use or access our Site.

By accepting the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use at the point of registration, you expressly consent to bloson's use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance during registration for new registering users, and is otherwise effective on November 20th for all users.

Information we collect and how we use it

We offer a number of services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us, such as watching a video or listening to a song. In order to use our full range of services and collect points, you will have to register for an account and provide some information.

Information you provide

Once you allow the site to connect with Facebook, you will be able to use your Facebook login information to log into your bloson account. By using Facebook Connect, you permit bloson to access certain Facebook information related to you, including your profile information, friends and privacy settings. This enables us to customize your bloson account by allowing you to use your Facebook information and interact with your Facebook friends through the Site. Accessing your bloson account through Facebook Connect will also allow you to publish some of your bloson activities to your Facebook profile. You may also display personal information in order to get more points or promotions or to advertise your interests. Providing additional personal information is voluntarily and not necessary for using the Site. Additional personal information you provide maybe edited or deleted at any time.

Information we collect

Bloson only collects personal information about users that we consider necessary for providing our services in an efficient, customized and user-friendly manner. In addition to the information you provide, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. Such information includes the user's IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and the URL that you come from or go to (whether this URL is on the site or not). We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior, in order to serve our users better. We may also collect and store information based upon your behavior on the Site, such as how long you use the services, videos or songs you enjoy and share with friends on bloson, your browsing history on bloson (including any links that you may click within the Site), your preferences, your search history, and any social connections you have created on the site.

Cookies

We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on the bloson Site in order to improve the quality of our service, to store user preferences, to improve product and service recommendations and ad selection, and to track user trends. Cookies are small pieces of data that are placed on your hard drive. Advertisers and 3rd Party Websites

WThis Privacy Policy applies to bloson Sites and services only. Bloson contains links to other third party sites, such as the sites of our content providers and ad networks. While bloson makes every effort to ensure that our advertisers post clear privacy policies and observe appropriate data practices, each of these sites has a privacy policy that may differ from ours. The privacy practices of other websites and companies are not covered by this policy.

Use of data

If we request the use of personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy and/or in the specific service privacy notices, you may opt out of the use of your personal information for those other purposes by sending an email to info@bloson.com. We will not collect or use sensitive information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy and/or in the supplementary service privacy notices, unless we have obtained your prior express consent.

Information sharing

We will not provide personal information to any third party marketers without your explicit consent. We shall share your information with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:

¤ We only share personal information upon receiving your express consent by opting in.

¤ We may use third parties ("Affiliates") to facilite or outsource one or more aspects of the services that we provide or for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. These Affiliates are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit their using the information we provide them for any purpose other than to facilitate their specific outsourced service, unless you have explicitly agreed to or given your prior permission for additional uses. We require that these parties agree to and comply with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

¤ We will share your information in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other governmental officials. In the event that we receive such a verified request, we can, and you authorize us to, disclose your personal information, with or without a subpoena. ¤ We may aggregate (gather up data from numerous registered user accounts) personal information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for their marketing and promotional purposes. For such purposes, we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify bloson users personally. In the event of a change of ownership of bloson, user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. In any such transfer of information, the user information would remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.

Information security

Bloson has established company-wide security practices for your protection. These practices include, but are not limited to, firewall security and the use of multiple levels of password security to limit access to data on a "need-to-know" basis.

We may use contractors or vendors to help us provide some of the services on our site. As mentioned above, if we disclose personal information for them to provide the services, such third parties are subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. All contractors and employees are required to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, these information security safeguards.

Data integrity

Bloson processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services or as otherwise permitted under this Policy.

Upon your request, we will deactivate your account. To make this request, email info [at] bloson.com. Your account will be deactivated as soon as is reasonably possible after we receive your request, but no later than 30 days from receipt of the request. Upon receipt of deactivation request, we will retain some of your information in order to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, and comply with legal requirements. Therefore, you should be aware that not all of your information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your request. However, your information will be removed from our active, registered user database and will only be available to select bloson personnel.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect that most changes will be minor. If we make any major change to our Privacy Policy, we will provide you with prior notification by posting such changes on the website. All such amendments shall automatically become effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the site.
